Tuna with a clear conscience
The name SamaQ comes from the Arabic "samak" – fish. And that's exactly what it's about: with us, you get exclusively fresh tuna, mostly yellowfin, from sustainable aquaculture.
That aquaculture comes from TunaTech, a biotech company co-founded in 2013 by ArabesQ founder Dr. Shukry Na'amnieh. TunaTech sustainably farms bluefin and yellowfin tuna, helping counter overfishing of the oceans.
We serve our tuna as a bowl, in flatbread pockets, or with thyme and za'atar bread – enjoyment with a clear conscience.
